To overcome these problems, it is proposed to develop a software titled Payroll Management System (PMS) which is desktop application, GUI based menu driven application developed in C++ programming language. System is developed in C++ object oriented programming technique, this dos based application can run on any windows operating system and dose not required any supporting or licenses software to run.
